Ms. Slaughter has showcased her client management, event management, public relations and marketing skills, for an extensive professional clientele including former NFL players, television and on-air radio personalities, entertainment artist, non-profit organizations, government agencies and public officials. Sunny provides public relations consulting for various organizations and events, managing their community and professional outreach campaigns, through multiple media outlets, including television, radio, social networking and print.
Ms. Slaughter is a federally certified law enforcement instructor and consultant for the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Glynco, GA, providing training and assessment. She has worked with various United States Attorney's Offices, as a speaker, trainer and expert, the Federal Bureau of Investigations in Birmingham and Huntsville, the Office of Victims of Crime, Technical Training Academy in VA and served as a speaker and expert on numerous panels, focus groups, committees and boards involving crimes against persons (domestic violence, sexual assault, teen dating violence, crimes against children and human trafficking). Sunny also assisted in the drafting and lobbying of the successful passage of Alabama's first State Law on Human Trafficking. In addition, she has consistently served as the leading subject matter expert on crimes against persons for the major television news stations, newspapers and radio stations in the Birmingham region and southern Alabama.
