Julius White is a news anchor and talk show host at Cox Radio and can be heard on 98.7 Kiss Fm, 95-7 Jamz, 610 WAGG and 1320 AM. He is an award winning journalist, was a frequent news analyst for Alabama Public Television’s “For the Record” and now for APT’s “Capitol Journal: Week in Review.” Julius has experienced in both commercial and public radio. He returned home to Birmingham in October of 2008 after spending two years as Senior News Correspondent and Interim News Director at Alabama State University’s public radio station WVAS, where he often filed stories for National Public Radio, and served as host of the ASU Sports Network. He is a self described “news junkie”, a member of Sixth Avenue Baptist Church.
