All of our services are fee based and require either one or all of the following prior to the performance of services and based on the type of venue.
Terms of fees:
Per hour (one-time)
Per day (one day or multiple days (1 week intervals are slightly discounted)
Per session (multiple session dates/prescheduled)
Per quarter (multiple sessions dates/prescheduled)
Outsourced: Long term or extended projects
The client may realize all of the benefits of having a business consultant on staff but with greater flexibility, reduced expense and lower overhead. Small businesses don’t need the addition of another top notch management employee and large businesses don’t want to permanently add another top-notch management employee and the expense of benefits. Why hire another employee when you can outsource the work contractually, have an expert at your disposal and for the time you need them.
Project-based: Short term or task-based projects
This option is designed for companies that only require a few consulting projects in the year, this pay-as-you go service can be used for everything from speaking engagements, trainings, workshops and seminars. This allows you the employer, the flexibility you need to focus on the bottom line while the expert you hire focuses on putting into action your desires. Another benefit of this partnership is longevity, developing and cultivating a relationship that gives you the ease of working consistently with someone you can trust. Quoted as a flat fee, there will be no surprise expenses.
